We are excited to inform you of some important changes to your internet account, which was formerly managed by Atom Broadband. As of February 1, Vyve Broadband has acquired Atom Broadband’s assets and network, and we are fully committed to enhancing your broadband experience. We are thrilled to be your new Internet provider. We’re here to provide you with fiber-rich Internet and phone service, and we’re no strangers to Oklahoma – we’ve been proudly serving this state for over a decade.

Here are a few things to note:
- New Bill Process Date: Your bill will arrive during the month of March later than your previous bill. Please don’t be alarmed if your bill does not arrive at the beginning of the month.
- New Bill Due Date: Your upcoming bill will reflect an updated due date. we will provide enough time between your bill arrival date and the due date to allow for timely payment.
- New Account Number: You will be assigned a new account number. This change is part of our efforts to streamline and improve our services. You will see the account number on your new bill that is arriving in March.
- Online Account Registration: To setup your account online and register for auto-payment, you will need to complete a new registration. After March 1, 2024, you will receive an email with a new pin, which is required to set up your online account.
- New Payment Address: The payment address for Vyve Broadband will be printed on your bill statement. Your payments should be mailed here:
